An architectural model is a sort of model of a scale model, tangible, depiction of a structure designed to study aspects of an architectural design or to communicate design thoughts to customers, committees and the general public. As Architectural Model Makers who have been serving since 1984, we are specialized in presenting models of any size or scope for architects, interior designers and developers on schedule and at reasonable rates. We work with different materials using a variety of technology as well as laser cutting, photo etching or stereo lithography and finish by spraying with our own mixed lacquer paints to match the colors and textures of the project closely. Optionally we can include a LED light fixture that is simple or wirelessly controlled, a clear acrylic cover or a pedestal. Our technique enables us to reach models with the highest level of professional detail, accuracy and quality.
We constantly communicate with our customers during the production process to ensure that the model meets their needs and their design goal. We provide samples to agree on how to render the model. We meet our customers on a periodic basis or send them photos displaying the current model so that they also review and judge their design, as this is one of the purposes of an architectural presentation model.
